  Would not recommend anyone who loves there family member or child to go here. They are a very shady practice. The clients are not engaged at all. The staff are very rough and hands on with them. I have reported two cases of abuse that happened there. And it’s like everyone justs turns a blind eye to it and ignores it. Luckily I have reported them to the state. So hopefully they will do a further investigation. The day program in Morris Plains is a complete joke. It’s not clean. The floors are disgusting. They are always low on supplies for the clients. There vans last time checked required maintenance. And the group Homes I definitely wouldn’t consider them for my love ones. Considering this company only offers 6 that should tell you something. They do not provide adequate personal care in the group Homes, the furniture is all torn up, sometimes the water doesn’t work especially in Randolph and Long dale GH, and they neglect the clients majority of the time when staff is on shift. There’s a lot of staff on staff dating and inappropriate interactions. My suggestion Check out the Arc of Morris or any of the local county ARCS. You’ll be a lot happier ! Trust me. None of the staff at this day program are crisis trained. And they will lie to your face about your child’s improvements since they first enrolled. Beware of Debby the owner , Rebecca, Jim , Meridith and Amy. They are not to be trusted at all. They will deceive you and their staff.
